Just about 100 meters from the wide Baltic Sea beach, at Parkstr. 16, the “Meersalz” and “La Mer” vacation apartments—each with a balcony and private parking space—are available for your stay. From here, you’re just a few steps away from downtown Warnemünde. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
The spacious two-room “Meersalz” vacation apartment on the second floor is approximately 50 square meters in size, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, and features high-quality PVC flooring. Large, sunny living room with a double sofa bed, TV/radio/CD/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, balcony, and an open-concept kitchen with a dining table. In the bedroom (2nd TV), you’ll find a double bed and a cozy reading nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with tub, shower, and hair dryer. From the large, sunny balcony on the third floor, you can enjoy the view of the garden. The apartment is for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed. Bicycle rack at the entrance.
Private parking space at the building is included.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,dish towels, shower mat).
In the same building, you can also rent the “La Mer” vacation apartment for 5 people (4 bedrooms, balcony, parking space, Wi-Fi).
Bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—all just around the corner.

Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher; accompanying person only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered service dog
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
