A dream vacation in Warnemünde for the whole family, with a private parking space and balcony, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach!
At Haus Auguste, located near the aja Resort at Gartenstr. 79a, you’re just a few steps away from the beach or Warnemünde’s town center. Dear guests, a warm welcome!
At Haus Auguste, we offer you a spacious and modernly equipped 3-room vacation rental on the Warnemünde Baltic Sea coast, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
The light-filled Kormoran vacation rental is located on the mezzanine level. You can access the balcony through the cozy living room, which features a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a large corner sofa, and a TV armchair. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a high chair. Thanks to the separate sleeping arrangements, this apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests. The large bedroom, featuring a double bed, a closet, and a second TV, offers the option to set up a travel crib. The second bedroom is furnished with a closet and two single beds. The bathroom, equipped with a towel dryer and a hair dryer, features a window that lets in natural light.
The 70-square-meter vacation apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
Pets are not permitted.
A private, free parking space at the building as well as a shared storage room in the basement for bicycles, strollers, etc., are available to you.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Die Wohnung macht einen sauberen und attraktiven Eindruck. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand. Sehr gut ist der Stellplatz zum Objekt.
Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster der Straße ist es abends mit geöffnetem Fenster recht laut. Auch wären Klopapierrollen als Ersatz wünschenswert. Küche etc. alles top eingerichtet und sauber.

Wohnung sehr zentral sowie zum Strand als auch zum Zentrum am Strom....gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet....eigener Stellplatz vor der Haustür. Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sowie das schöne Warnemünde (Rostock um die Ecke!)sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
