The bright apartment features two rooms that are functional and tastefully furnished. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep, while the spacious living area features a cozy sofa that provides additional sleeping space. There are four sleeping spots in total, so there’s room for both couples and families with children or babies—the latter are especially welcome here. The living area, complete with a TV and free Wi-Fi, is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.
A special highlight of this vacation rental is the south-facing terrace with patio furniture and a view of the greenery. Enjoy peaceful moments outdoors here or wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Villa Smidt is located on Gartenstraße, just about 200 meters from the beach promenade and the fine-sand beach of Warnemünde. The centrally located Kirchplatz is about one kilometer away—alternatively, you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade to the Teepott Warnemünde and the Warnemünde Lighthouse.
The two-room vacation apartments on the first floor can accommodate up to four people; an extra bed can be added in the living area. The ground-floor apartments feature a terrace. Dogs are allowed in one ground-floor apartment and one upper-floor apartment.

All vacation apartments are equipped with fully stocked kitchens, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay.
