Just about 100 meters from Warnemünde’s wide Baltic Sea beach, at Parkstr. 16, the spacious vacation apartments “La Mer” and “Meersalz”—each with a balcony and private parking space—are available for your stay. From here, you’re just a few steps away from downtown Warnemünde. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
The bright 4-room “La Mer” vacation apartment is approximately 100 square meters in size, designed to accommodate 2 to 5 people, and features hardwood floors. Large, sunny living room (TV/radio/DVD, free Wi-Fi) with a large south-facing balcony and a view of the greenery, as well as a kitchen-diner with a dining table for 5 people. Two of the bedrooms (2nd TV) each have a double bed, and the third bedroom has one single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer, and washing machine. The apartment is for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed. Bicycle rack at the entrance. Private parking space at the house (included).
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
In the same building, you can also rent the “Meersalz” vacation apartment for 4 people (2 bedrooms, south-facing balcony, parking space, Wi-Fi).
