At Villa Smidt, located near the aja Resort at Gartenstr. 79, you’re just a few steps away from the beach or the center of Warnemünde. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in Villa “Smidt,” in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Horizont” duplex apartment (2nd floor) truly lives up to its name. This vacation apartment on the 2nd floor, spanning two levels, awaits you in a prime location.
You’re guaranteed to feel right at home here. It was renovated in 2016 and offers a blend of style and comfort. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances a modern kitchen needs today. Beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer. With a total of 75 m², there is plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment features high-quality PVC flooring and is reserved for non-smokers.
Layout:
Top Floor: Living room (TV, free Wi-Fi), kitchen, bedroom (double bed), hallway, balcony + rooftop terrace
2nd Floor: Loft bedroom with 2nd TV (2 single beds)
Basement: Loft studio for 2 children (2 single beds); please note the relatively narrow space-saving staircase and low headroom. (Not suitable for older adults)
A south-facing balcony and the large rooftop terrace round out the excellent overall impression of the “Horizont” apartment. Pets are not allowed.
On the first floor of Villa “Smidt,” you can use the washer/dryer for a fee.
A private, free parking space next to the house is available to you.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
