Located just about 100 meters from the wide Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde, at Parkstr. 34, the "Käthchen," "Samoa," and "Sansibar" vacation apartments are available, each with its own parking space. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The approximately 70-square-meter “Käthchen” vacation rental on the 1st floor features a spacious living room with a TV, free Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms—each with a double bed and TV—and a kitchen equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and hair dryer. From the small west-facing balcony, you can see the Baltic Sea through the trees. The vacation rental is designed to accommodate 4 people. You’ll feel right at home!
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
A private parking space is available free of charge at the house.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
