About this apartment rental
The old beach villa "Undine," located right on the Warnemünde promenade, was completely renovated in the 1990s. The beach access is right across the street. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. You’ll love the cozy vacation apartments “Achterdeck,” “Meerzeit,” and “Caroline,” each with a balcony and its own parking space. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
Right on the Warnemünde promenade, the old beach villa “Undine” was completely modernized in the 1990s. The beach access is right across the street. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. You’ll love the cozy vacation apartments “Achterdeck,” “Meerzeit,” and “Caroline,” each with a balcony and a private parking space.
The “Achterdeck” vacation apartment on the mezzanine level features a living room with a double sofa bed, cable TV/radio/CD/DVD, free Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV, a built-in kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer, as well as a south-facing balcony, with a living area of approximately 55 square meters. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave are, of course, provided. The apartment has parquet flooring throughout and is reserved for non-smokers.
A private parking space, No. 8 next to the building, is available free of charge. You can easily reach your vacation apartment via the building’s elevator (not suitable for wheelchair users due to stairs in front of the building entrance).
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
You can also rent our “Caroline” and “Meerzeit” vacation apartments in the same building.
Restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the boardwalk, etc.—everything is just around the corner or right outside the door.
Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Das Büroleiterin der Verwaltung liegt in der Fußgängerzone. Parkplätze sind dort in der Nähe Mangelware. So quält man sich durch die schmalen Seitenstraßen nur um den Schlüssel abzuholen. Check-in verlief, wie in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, nordisch kühl, wenn man es so nennen will. Kein Hinweis wo man wie Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus findet. Also nächste Suche nach der Ankunft.
Wohnung ist okay, nichts besonderes. Anmerken möchte ich das Bett. Es ist so hart, dass wir schon nach der 3. Nacht vor Rückenschmerzen kein Auge mehr zugemacht haben.
Die Lage ist super.
Noch ein Hinweis an alle nachfolgenden Urlauber, solange noch 2G+ ist. Einen Test zu bekommen ist nur mit sehr langen Wartezeiten (mind 1,5 Stunden) möglich. Online Termine müssen sich trotzdem anstellen. Testzentrum am a-ja resort gibt es nicht.
Also wir fahren so lange 2G+ ist nicht mehr hoch….schade.
