Newly renovated apartment consisting of living area with kitchen, table and 4 chairs + 1 and a half sofa bed that can be easily opened and closed, double bedroom with large 3-door wardrobe, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, inserted in a housing context of my family, independent access.
The environment is inserted in a rural house of the early 1900s completely renovated and with all services such as water, energy, natural gas and internet line with wi-fi.

when you arrive in Molina di Quosa take Via Panoramica Sandro Pertini, go up for about 3 km. where you will find a small group of houses, continue for 100 ml again. about and you will find on the right a small church, after 50 ml. on the right you will find a small road with the AGULA sign.
Take straight and continue on the asphalt road and you will arrive in front of our gate, park the car on the right and ring the bell on the left column.
