The completely renovated farmhouse is located in a rural context, in the countryside between Lucca and Viareggio, a strategic area to easily reach both the city and the sea coast.
The structure consists of 5 independent apartments, each equipped with air conditioning, wifi internet, heating, satellite TV and kitchen.
The common areas consist of a swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 meters (open from 9 am to 7 pm from 1 June to 30 September), a large garden with equipped gazebo, barbecue and relaxation area, games for children and car parking inside the property.
APARTMENT 3 "Madama Butterfly"
The "Madama butterfly" apartment is ideal for three people, is located on the first floor of the building, you enter the living room with a satellite TV corner, double sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, induction hob, freezer , kettle, microwave and dishes.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towel set.
Continuing we enter the hallway where we have the two bedrooms, one single and one double, composed of a bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, sheets, pillowcases and pillows are included in the price.
An internal staircase leads to a pretty loft used as a relaxation area.
The city of Lucca applies a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per adult for the first three days.

- The bathroom has shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and towels.
