This is a place to be in Lucca.

We loved everything. Location - fantastic. Close to everything. Lucca, charming town and close to everything in Tuscany. Apartment extremely clean and top notch. Livio - the best host in Italy! We truly felt like home at Livio's place. This is the place to be if you want to explore Tuscany.

I absolutely would return to this wonderful, peaceful property. I totally relaxed it was superb!

If you are looking for peace, fabulous location and the authentic Italy this is it! Livio (owner) was so helpful, nothing too much trouble. He even dropped me to the bus to travel to Pisa! You can walk to the amazing local cafe bar for breakfast! A must is the local restaurant around the corner, this was the best food the entire week! I also rented a bike that Livio organised.. to cycle to Lucca was only 2km away on a very easy route. Cycling was much needed in the heat and a great way to get around Lucca. Supermarkets and a take out pizzeria again all walking distance!! The bus to the coast stops every hour to Viareggio.. a god send in the heat! Honestly, if you need to rejuvenate and switch off from the world.. to unplug yourself for a while.. book this beautiful place. I’m already arranging my return. It’s spotless and towels etc provided. Everything you need is provided and I guarantee you will relax! Thanks Livio and your lovely mother Maria. Ciao and grazie!

Everything was excellent, clean, full equipment, towels,kitchen tools, very sympathetic owners , They proposed best places to visit in Lucca and gave the maps, They speak English fluently, HOT RECOMMENDED!

Goed verblijf op fijne locatie waar wel wat klein onderhoud gedaan kan worden.

De locatie, de inrichting, ruimte, parkeergelegenheid.

Er zijn wat kleine mankementen. De kraan van de wastafel in de badkamer zit los en draait stroef aan/uit. De afstandbediening van de airco reageert slecht als er op de knopjes gedrukt wordt. De afzuigkap maakt veel lawaai in de laagste stand. De klep bij het zolderraam kan niet open (als je wat meer licht wil in de kamer).

Die Freundlichkeit von Livio und dem Personal hat mir besonders gut getfallen. Ich war einige Male im Garten, es gibt viel Platz, mehrere Tische und Stühle, Liegen und 2 Hängematten. Der Ort ist ruhig, Geschäfte sind in 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach ca. 4 Tage gewechselt. Es gab einen Stadtplan und Livio erklärte die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unabhängig von der Unterkuft hat mnir gefallen, dass es in Lucca jeden Abend ein anderes 1-stündiges Konzert mit Werken von Puccini und anderen Komponisten mit hervorragenden Sänderinnen und Sängern gibt.

Leuke inrichting, mooie plek, goed verzorgd

Weinig ruimte om te manoeuvreren voor parkeren. Wel genoeg parkeerplekken, maar krap inrijden.
