The apartment was extremely spacious and our views spectacular
I found the staff not to be as friendly as the other hotels we stayed in whilst touring Vietnam

Fantastic hotel! The hotel itself is perfectly fitted into the landscape with so much greenery everywhere. It is beautiful.
Rooms are clean, spacious and the views are stunning!
The staff was very kind and helpful, we have enjoyed our stay very much.

Great access to beach, multiple pools, games center helped keep the kids occupied. Decent spread for breakfast.
Check-in process was disorganized and took ages; service overall was inconsistent at best.

Lovely location on the beach and great spa facilties. Rooms were clean and the staff were helpful during our 3 night stay.
Information was provided for the facilities and locations of them, these are not well signposted an a couple of times ended up on the wrong floor in the wrong block.
