Excellent location, nice beaches, grate views, amazing jungle style balcony, good breakfast. Very helpful staff did all their best to advise us on all questions we had.
We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The room (mountain vew) was clean and comfortable. Convenient to travel by car - free parking place available at the private hotel territory. There are many sea food places to have lunch or dinner available in a walking distance (up to 10 minutes by foot). Hotel shuttle services is also available (extra paid).
Please put something on a balcony/ bathroom to dry a swimming dress
Conditioning in the night was a bit strong even we put it on the lowest level, so that my husband caught a cold and we turn it off next night.
Clearness of the beach could be a bit better.
No beverages (cola, beer etc) available in the minibar (only water).

Great view from our balcony, room clean and spacious.
The hotel facilities seemed a little sterile. One of the pools claimed to have a poolside bar but it was just a person handing out towels.
The shower in the bathtub was poorly designed. As other guest have stated, water literally goes everywhere which is dangerous.
Staff not as welcoming or friendly as our other stays in Vietnam. Place is just too big and busy for that level of service sadly.
I was so excited for this stay but walked away feeling let down

Not alot really. Its alot different to how it is marketed online. The staff here were not very friendly, service is not great and very transactional focused. The hotel itself is overcrowded, very noisey (they had karaoke in the main outdoor court at 9am and loud concerts in evening, which is great if you like the genre of music but not great if you dont). There were barely any staff in the outdoor pool area. The breakfast buffet is good, but the service in evenings is very sub-par. I genuinely would not rate it 5 stars, maybe 3.5 stars. We stayed all over vietnam and this was by far the most disappointing spot.
