Amazing property, room was very clean and lovely. We arrived late due to coming from Ha Giang and they were very accommodating. Also, breakfast was amazing and the family were all lovely. Can’t recommend more !

Lily’s family were amazing! They were so accommodating and even booked our travel to Ninh Binh for us. The location is awesome and has great views and the breakfast was fab. Everything was amazing and I would recommend to anyone (but particularly couples travelling together).

The homestay was amazing, 10/10. The view was beautiful and the place felt very comfortable and family-friendly. Lily’s mom was incredible—she helped us with everything, including booking tour tickets. The breakfast was very delicious, and she cooked it fresh for us.

The room and location couldn't be any better. The family scheduled a tour and personally made sure that I arrived to the proper location at the appropriate time. Would stay again without hesitation.
