Perfect location overlooking the bay, rooftop pool great place to be to enjoy the view.

The facilities were excellent and clean, the location was brilliant, but most of all the staff were outstandingly helpful and kind.

Location is great. I’ve booked it second time because first time was amazing. Staff is very good and polite.

The room was full of insects, roaches and whatnot. We’ve told the receptionist(one of us from a 5 person group) they’ve tried their best but it seems like nothing works. Also, elevator smells terrible. Hygiene definitely not up to standard. You can even see the mold in bathroom which is far from what a Hotel of this rating should have. Construction site is in front of the hotel, a massive one. They also work in the night so if you're on the lower floor as my colleague was, you will hear every bang from the hammer. You will not see this in the pictures presented by the hotel.
