A lovely, spacious, clean, well-kept apartment in a good location.

We enjoyed almost everything about this lovely apartment. I would certainly recommend it and would consider staying there again. The wi-fi speeds are particularly good.

Despite enquiring about the key collection the day before our stay, the host did not give the key safe code until very soon before check-in. I have never experienced this before; hosts usually give access instructions well beforehand. Having the details before you set off from home is much more reassuring, rather than worrying whether you'll arrive with no means of entry. Also, the plug-in air fresheners are over-powering in the extreme! But we turned them off and all was well.

Lovely apartment, walking distance from everywhere

The apartment was very clean, also walking distance from the Pier or the West Shore. We parked in the street, but there’s a car parking just opposite. There wasn’t shower gel or shampoo/conditioner, I wasn’t bothered since I always bring my own. Town centre is near the pier, there’s all amenities if needed. I’ll definitely will be returning!!!

Comfortable and Pleasant.

Great location, close to everything in Llandudno. Quiet street with parking easily found. Clean apartment with plenty of living room. Very good communication with owner when needed.

We liked everything. A suggestion, however, would be to provide some soap or shower gel for the shower as travellers don’t always have this as it is always provided wherever you go. We had a very hot spell of weather during our 5 day stay and were able to open the windows a bit but a little fan would have been a great addition to help get some air moving more during the hot weather. This is not a criticism - just a suggestion.

A well equipped, restful place to stay

We had a such a lovely stay in this elegant building. It was in a peaceful location, but also located close to places to visit / cafes / supermarkets. It was well equipped with everything we needed.

The lockbox code was sent by text (rather than the email we'd been told to expect) but that was resolved. The only thing that would make this place perfect would be a bigger bed - we find a double just too small for complete comfort.

The location was brilliant and we were able to park outside . The apartment was lovely and it had everything we needed .I was nice and warm in the apartment and very clean .

Tv in the bedroom didn’t work and the WiFi was a bit sketchy but you surrounded by mountains so it’s to be expected.

Lovely find!

The place was very clean and modern. About 5 mins walk to the the beachfront and shops. Parking was a bit hit and miss as there is no allocating parking su you have to find on the road. It's nice and quiet and most others in the building are residents. Kitchen is well equipped.

The mattress was very soft, maybe needs replacing or has been bought like this.

The location was excellent Apartment spacey good shower Kitchen adequately equipped

The bed was far to soft so uncomfortable to sleep in. The top of the wardrobe were I stored my suitcase was full of dust. The sink tap in the bathroom is very stiff & needs replacing or adjusting. The toaster needs replacing. The legs & base of the dining room table desperately needs painting or replacing. The coffee table is too low & shabby. These are based on our own opinion, other than that we had a lovely stay

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Llandudno

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Llandudno as it says! Parking very easy, lots of space in the road. Living area very bright and roomy, kitchen well stocked with all the utensils and equipment you could ever need, and shower was excellent. Whole apartment was clean and tidy. The owner Geeno kept us informed by text about when we were able to check in. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.

Only a couple of very minor points: The fridge and freezer were really noisy, and that gets a bit annoying after a while as the living area and kitchen are combined. The bed, while comfy, had some sort of a waterproof mattress protector under the sheet. This made it a bit uncomfortable at times as the bed got very hot.
