Total lack of comunication...everythink was dictatorial: check in online, approach communication...unkempt apartament, everything is worn out

Don't book unless the building work is finished

The fact that, despite later intimations, the whole building was covered in scaffolding and netting and workmen were walking up and down outside our windows.....no privacy and no view..

I would avoid at all costs!

Nothing.

The air con is not working correctly. The pipe continues to fall out of the wall and blows dust around the room. My partner is asthmatic and is causing her difficulty to breath now. The bed is broken. We were unable to get a comfortable nights sleep because of it.

Dusty room ever!

Everything is good just its really needed to be clean and wash properly.. It has alot of dust from the floor to the counter and even bathroom as in everywhere...dishwasher has a badsmell we have to clean the apartment by ourselves since its really dusty all over...

Lots of dust everywhere.. The floor was never washed and clean because we found the mop and it looks like it was never been use for a long time.. Lampadine has a lot of dust also the dishwasher has a bad odor that we need to clean it by ourself

Probabilmente confortevole quando non c'è caldo

La posizione ottima, la casa piccola ma moderna, pulita e luminosa. Casa adatta nelle mezze stagioni e in 2.

Complicata la gestione della prenotazione attraverso il sito di chi amministra la casa; solo sapone liquido in bagno, una micro bustina di bagno doccia e un saponino, due rotoli di carta igenica già iniziati, uno di scotex, neppure un avanzo di detersivo x i piatti, una scopa, una paletta, un asciughino; armadio pieno di roba quindi inutilizzabile (non solo i cuscini del divano che hanno trasformato in letto seppur non richiesto). Ma soprattutto IL CLIMATIZZATORE POCO EFFICIENTE, CON L'ATTACCO DEL TUBO CHE BUTTA FUORI L'ARIA CALDA CHE SI SMONTAVA SEMPRE E CHE NON DA DIRETTAMENTE IN ESTERNO MA DENTRO UN PICCOLO VANO CHE SI RISCALDAVA TANTISSIMO

Obsługa klienta. Od 2 miesięcy kontaktuje się z firmą w temacie uzyskania faktury, jednak nikt nie raczył odpisać na maila. Na wiadomość SMS dostałam informację, że pospieszą biuro, jednak później kontakt się urwał a faktury jak nie było tak nie ma. Jeżeli macie poranny lot to firma również nie umożliwia nawet 10 minut wcześniejszego meldunku a o pozostawieniu bagażu można pomarzyć.

Le foto mostrano la totale inospitalità del posto, sporco, caldo, soffocante e buio, con un letto non matrimoniale come da descrizione: non possono descrivere però ahimè la totale mancanza di interesse da parte della struttura nei confronti di chi ha provato a telefonare prima e dopo il soggiorno per cercare una degna soluzione a tali disagi. Incompetenza da vendere in tutti i sensi. A soli 190 euro. Dalle recensioni pare proprio una abitudine lunga mesi. Per di più ai limiti della legalità chiedere di allegare ai documenti personali per la registrazione degli alloggiati una fotografia di sé scattata sul momento da inviare a non si sa chi.

Struttura sporchissima, bagno sporchissimo, polvere e capelli di altri clienti dappertutto e polvere in ogni punto della casa , materasso e cuscini pessimi di bassissima qualità, cucina sporca con grasso e macchie dappertutto,tubi antiestetici all'interno dell'appartamento,corridoio d'ingresso non illuminato e senza finestre,abbiamo sempre dovuto utilizzare la torcia.pagato circa 180 euro a notte per una bettola che sembrava bellissima su booking,scelgo strutture con alti punteggi in quanto allergico,sono stato malissimo....

Fin lejlighed med fint toilet og bad

Der var meget støvet og ikke gjort ordentligt rent. Der faldt støv ned fra lamperne, og vores tøj blev beskidt af at være i lejligheden. Derudover var faciliteterne i køkkenet dårligere. Er der en opvaskemaskine, bør der fx være opvasketabs.

Molto soddisfatta

L'appuntamento nonostante non sia molto grande gli spazi sono ben organizzati, è perfetta per una coppia, ed è ben posizionato per quanto riguarda le attrazioni di genova

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta sono i parcheggi in zona che sono molto costosi
