Not worth the money. Please be careful when booking

Disappointed. The WiFi needed to reset every 30min. The modem was outside the apartment. None of the two AC’s was working, only the fan in the bedroom was working which was noisy. Very hot inside the apartment. We couldn’t open even one window as was noisy from the traffic outside 24hours. We opened the fridge to put our water and we needed to clean the fridge as was empty and dirty. We booked for 3 nights and we stayed only one night. The lift is very small. The area is not very safe especially during evening time. We texted the owner the next day explaining all the above. No refund provided for the other 2 nights. I will post some pictures from the lift and entrance of the building.

Scammers

The landlord is a scammer. He asked to deposit 250 € as insurance for damages. No one checked us in or out of the apartment. After we left, the landlord sent me photos of damages in the apartment which I did not make. Then he reported me to booking.com customer service and is claiming an additional 350 €! I do not recommend this place at all.

Schoon en mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt.

De host reageerde erg snel toen we aangaven dat de wifi het niet deed. Verder waren er erg veel faciliteiten aanwezig in het appartement zoals veel kookgerei en handige spullen als een föhn en strijkijzer. Appartement was netjes en schoon.

Het appartementencomplex ziet er een beetje vervallen uit. Het appartement is daarentegen wel redelijk modern en netjes. Verder kreeg ik de borg pas na 1,5 week terug gestort toen ik er zelf over begon.

L’état de l’appartement était très agréable j’ai bien apprécié la climatisation et la salle de bain et la chambre était nickel très propre et très confortable merci à vous et bonne continuation à vous cordialement

Genova da vivere

Confortevole e luminoso, ti senti a casa. L'affaccio molto particolare per la vista sulla città, sul Porto Antico e sui vicoli! Il contesto è popolare e multietnico.

L'entrata dell'edificio e le scale rovinati dal tempo ma nonostante questo è pulito

Il soggiorno è stato veramente soddisfacente.

L'appartamento situato in una posizione utile per chi vuole viversi l'esperienza dell' "acquario di Genova" e la "città dei bambini e dei ragazzi" che sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti. Estremamente pulito, ordinato e ricco di elettrodomestici utili quali lavatrice, aspirapolvere, microonde, lavastoviglie. Di grande aiuto l'host Luigi che è stato cordiale e disponibile in tutto e alle nostre esigenze.

L'appartamento è situato nella zona del porto antico di Genova quindi 2 note negative se ne dobbiamo dare: facile trovare gente non raccomandabile in giro ( ma ciò non dipende dall'appartamento ma più che altro dalla posizione) e difficile trovare un parcheggio che non sia a pagamento.

Luigi è un vero punto di forza dell’alloggio: gentile, presente e sempre pronto ad aiutare.

L'alloggio si trova in una posizione davvero comoda per esplorare la città, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni molto chiare sia prima dell’arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i consigli su cosa vedere e su quali zone fosse meglio evitare. Nel complesso, un'esperienza davvero positiva in un appartamento confortevole e ben organizzato!

All'inizio la zona sottostante all'appartamento, può dare un'impressione un po’ particolare, forse perché non sembra tra le più curate o frequentate. Tuttavia, durante il soggiorno non è accaduto nulla di spiacevole e ci siamo sempre sentiti al sicuro. In definitiva, l’esperienza è stata positiva e mi sento comunque di consigliare questo alloggio.
