Had a great and cozy stay with a pretty view, good coffee, cozy beds and the nicest host!

Very cozy and clean atmosphere with a great view. Loved the facilities (hair dryer! the fire place), bathrooms were lovely spacious and well equipped, beds were comfortable with fresh linen and thoughtfully equipped with a shelf and charging port, and lastly the option to watch tv made the evenings even cozier!

The lack of freezer was somewhat a minus.

Beautiful stone lodge on Loch Sligachan. Very convenient for the Raasay Ferry, easy trip to Broadford or Portree for supplies or dinner. Immaculate presentation and a view to die for.

Some of our taller (185cm) family found the bunks a little tight.

Superb accomodation for exploring Skye

Location is superb for exploring Skye, great cafe next door, decor and cleanliness top class, amazing views, very private and quiet. Bunk bed arrangement excellent for mixed groups, very comfortable with privacy screens plenty of storage, and a shelf for phones ipads etc with USB charger points etc. Large shower rooms and great open plan kitchen and seating area ideal for group dining and socialising. 4G and phone signal very good apart from in bedrooms.

No wifi, freezer or washing machine. The absence of wifi in particular was surprising given the otherwise very high standard of the property.

Perfect location for exploring Skye

Lovely property just off the road in Sconser with a great view across the loch. Perfect location for exploring Skye. Very friendly welcome from the owners, who own the cafe next door - cakes to be recommended! Very comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed using the bbq and firepit in the evening and watching the sun set over the loch. Would definitely stay again.

Just a small point, but it would have been nice to have a freezer to freeze cool blocks and ice for an evening G&T! Ideally it would have been good to have a washing machine too. Other than that, the accommodation cannot be faulted.

Grandios! Gerne wieder und absolut empfehlenswert!

Es war traumhaft!! Sogar die kleinen Kojen zum schlafen haben uns alle überrascht. Es war sehr ruhig und durch den dicken schwarzen Vorhang hatte man totale Privatsphäre. Und es gibt WLAN und sogar eine Waschmaschine !! Wir haben leider nicht in die Mappe Vorort geschaut deswegen haben wir es nicht gleich gewusst. Eventuell sollte man die Details in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung aktualisieren.

Ein Geschirrspüler wäre super, das erhöht den Urlaubsfaktor.
