Everyone needs to experience this beautifully superb bit of Scotland.

The location was something we had not anticipated and while crossing over the mountain to get there, saw abundant wildlife. The local restaurants were amazing, featuring seafood caught in the bay that same day. We are planning a return trip for no other reason than to stay longer. It was a very unexpected surprise!

Everything. Amazing lillie place in the middle of nowhere. Marion and Moray are lovely hosts. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Hot shower. Breakfast was the best we had had all trip..saw the Pine Martins during breakfast

Absolutely incredible place. Wonderfully warm and friendly. Marrion could not be more accomodating. Wildlife in the area was also incredible, as a visit on 2 occasions from one of the 3 local pine martinis would testify as to how much of a wonderful place this is.

The location miles from anywhere. Good directions which worked. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to tell me about what I could do and see in the area. Delightful in all respects. Breakfast was very good and made to whatever I wanted. Room was excellent and everything worked very well. No issues at all. Plenty of parking behind the property. I had a very busy and enjoyable time at this B n B and it’s surrounding area.

Perfect hideaway off the tourist path. Lovely hosts serve an excellent breakfast. Lots of wildlife including the little Pine Martin we saw. Best to take the low road. High road is for the adventurous.

El entorno y la amabilidad de sus anfitriones. Un desayuno muy muy bueno.

Los midgies ( mosquitos) acaban con toda ilusión de pasear o sentarse en la terraza. Imagino que solo en verano. Al no poder abrir la ventana puede que haga vale en la habitacion. Si vas a visitar Sky desde aquí está bastante lejos.

Ideal für Reisende, die nach Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen.

Die Cabin ist sehr modern, gemütlich und stellt alles Nötige zur Verfügung. Sehr nette Quartiergeber. - Wer diese Unterkunft wählt, sollte aber bedenken, dass der Weg dorthin ausschließlich aus Single-Track-Roads besteht (die Küstenstrecke dauert sehr lange und die um die Hälfte kürzere Passstrecke sollte man nur nehmen, wenn absolut klares Wetter herrscht), die man nicht einfach so mehrmals fährt, um Ausflüge zu machen. Wer sich vom wechselhaften Wetter nicht abschrecken lässt und gern wandern geht, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Als Zwischenstopp, z.B. für die Isle of Skye, können wir den Ort Applecross nicht empfehlen.

Die Abgeschiedenheit hinsichtlich der mangelnden Ausflugmöglichkeiten - vor allen bei Schlechtwetter.

Perfektes kleines, verstecktes Juwel

Wir wurden so herzlich von Marion empfangen 🫶 Sie hat uns direkt alles gezeigt und es gab einen Willkommens Whiskey / Irn Bru. Und ein kostenloses Update für unser Zimmer. Wir waren soooo überwältigt. Sie hatte sooooo viele Tips für die Gegend .. Wahnsinn! Leider mussten wir am nächsten Tag aber weiter, so dass wir sie nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Aber wir werden wiederkommen und definitiv mehr Zeit mitbringen!

Wen es stört, es ist schon hellhörig. Aber für uns war das absolut kein Problem.

Applecross ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit einer tollen Unterkunft.

Sehr nette Familie. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend. Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Applecross muss man gesehen haben. Die Fahrt dorthin war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Im Applecross Inn sehr gut gegessen.

Hier kann man es länger und gut aushalten:-)

Großes, sehr schön eingerichtetes Chalet mit nicht einsehbarer Terrasse, für Selbstversorger alles da was man braucht, incl. Waschmaschine. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, näher geht es nicht.
