The Fuselage Highland Hangout

The location is amazing. Sunsets to die for. Facilities are different but good. Host was most welcoming and helpful.

I didn’t expect the shower and toilet facilities to be separate from accommodation. That could have been my mistake in not properly reviewing.

We loved the facilities and the location. It was surrounded in nature and the fuselage and decagon were quaint and unique. William, our host, was also so kind and welcoming!

We loved the beautiful location, we felt away in nature but perfectly located to explore Skye. The host Willy met us and gave use a fantastic introduction to the Highland Hangout and the 3 way set up of bed/living/bath worked well for us as a family of 3s. The wildlife was fantastic and we were delighted to see a red squirrel.

We have no complaints at all - it’s all very considered and well thought out. If I had to pick one area of improvement, a hair-drying facility in washroom would be appreciated as a female. I hadn’t packed one as all other accommodations on trip had provided.

omg the scenery, the natural surroundings were stunning! Glamping was a unique experience, really glad we tried this (usually we're tenters). Super-well supplied units (sleeping, kitchen, showers/toilet), super-welcoming host. We were building hill-walking muscles for the rest of the trip, and travel back and forth between the units contributed to that as well as immersion in the beautiful, beautiful setting.

Would have liked to park the car closer to units, but not really a big issue.
