Excellent four night stay on Skye. The cottage is super clean, very well maintained, and attractively decorated. Large, comfortable living-room, with views of the water. We saw rainbows every morning from the big windows. Well appointed kitchen. Freezer (we like ice). Two full modern bathrooms, both with showers. Excellent Wi-Fi reception. Slept wonderfully—even when stormy weather battered the house. I was concerned when I saw on the map that it is near the airport, but never heard a plane. Close to the main road, but, again, not ever a disturbance. Host was never seen, but immediately responsive to any query. Two miles to local Co-op market and restaurants. The location is on the south end of the island, about 35 minutes drive from Portree, which we found a great jumping off point for exploring.
Really, nothing to dislike. Toilet brushes would be a nice addition to bathrooms.

A traditional highland cottage on the outside and modern facilities inside. Highly recommended.
The entry way will be a little low for some folk.

Good location Had everything we needed
The downstairs bathroom appears to be damp all the time and it would be a good idea to have rubber mats for the shower for safety Also the radiator didn’t work in the downstairs bedroom the septic tank was beeping for the last three days
