Clean, well equipped, sleeps 5 easily, two bathrooms, and, most importantly, a great host.
The weather was extreme and the caravan was too hot be inside before 11pm. I wish there was a mini AC, but I understand this extreme heat is rare.

Excellent space for relaxing in, property was well appointed and fully met our expectations. Property is in an ideal location for exploring North Lancashire and South Cumbria. Recommended, we would stay there again.

It was well equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
It is near to a motorway where on occasions I can imagine noise might be an issue to some, but not to myself or anyone else in our party.

Great location and suitable for children. Clean and tidy and has everything that you need.
