ロケーションが素晴らしい。設備が清潔。和室だが掘り炬燵式のカウンターがあって腰痛持ちには助かった。トイレが二つ、上下階にそれぞれあるのは夜中や明け方に便利。
家の鍵の入ったボックスの暗証番号はもらったが、ボックスの開け方を伝えられておらず、結局スタッフが駆けつけてくれたが、寒い中入室までに30分近くかかった。レセプションの問題ではあるが。TVの映りがよくなかった。

お部屋はとても清潔感があり、お風呂も広くてゆっくりできました。 東寺が近く、ライトアップも見に行くことが出来て、とても充実した旅を過ごすことが出来ました。 お布団をひとつ急遽用意して頂きましたがすぐ対応して頂きました。ありがとうございました。
椅子がひとつでもあればよかった。アメニティは良かったけど、飲み物があればなお良かったです。1階のトイレの扉の下部分がホコリが溜まってたので振り返っときに驚きました。

Oberflächlich war alles sauber, bei genauerem Hinsehen hätte der Staubsauger doch häufiger eingesetzt werden sollen.

L'appartamento era grande e ben strutturato: due camere e due bagni.
La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata. L'aria condizionata (modalità caldo) di difficile controllo col telecomando. Alla fine abbiamo desistito con quella del saloncino. Sarebbe utile la presenza di un cartello alla porta di ingresso. Col buio trovarlo è stato un po' complicato.
