The location, very close to Kyoto station. Two bathrooms and two washing machines made life easier, and the ability to turn the bathrooms into heated drying rooms meant clothes were dry and fairly creased free within hours.
There was no air con unit in one of the bedrooms and some of the furniture/ decor needed fixing/mending.

Excellent location near Kyoto Station, making early train rides very easy.
Maybe the sound insulation is minimal. Having young children with us meant it got quite noisy, and we felt really sorry for disturbing the surroundings

Centrale ligging nabij Kyoto Station, comfortabele bedden, voldoende ruim voor gezin van 5 personen.
De badkamer stonk (rioollucht?) en de vloer was niet goed schoon. Het ligt aan de metrolijn dus die hoor je als je in bed ligt, al was dat voor ons geen groot bezwaar.
