A spacious location with a nice feel of the japanese life. Everything we needed was available. The communication with the host was A+. Super well located because you are next to Kyoto Station and Aeon Mall (with the super market, so getting meals there was a hidden gem experience).
Two rooms had comfortable bed but the 3rd one, the mattresses used to sleep on the floor are super used and thin (no more consistency). In one of the room, it seems like that there were mold in the AC, but to be confirmed since we warned the owner. The ACs on all the other rooms are fine.
