The property is conveniently located, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Ryoko maintained excellent communication with us throughout our stay. The property was very clean, well-organised, and comfortable.
It appears that there may be a blockage in the drainage system, as the water was draining very slowly from one of the basins and the shower cubicle. It may also be worth considering providing an iron in the property for guests’ convenience. Otherwise, the facilities and overall condition of the property were excellent.

The unit laundry was very helpful, overall decor was cozy, and layout was practical for our group of 5. We could separate everyone well so those who snore wouldn't keep up others who don't. Location was close enough to Kyoto station and Toji station for us to go on our adventures each day, and we had enough space to spread out and decompress at night.
Better instructions for the washer in English would be very helpful! Also, intermediate weight or light blankets instead of just heavy blankets would be good for those prone to overheating.
