Good value for money

A very spacious place with all that was needed for our visit.

You have the collect the keys for the place at a reception which is a 20-minute walk away. The service at that reception was very basic in my opinion.

Basic apartment with lots of beds.

Spacious basic appartement in a central location in Antwerpen. Whilst it has lots of beds it is in a residential block so noise must be kept to a minimum.

Sofa is not comfortable at all and the padding is so worn you can hardly sit on it. TV doesn’t work.

Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, weil wir sowas noch nie erlebt haben.

Die Lage

Es war sehr dreckig und vieles in dieser Wohnung war kaputt. Das Sofa war in 2 Teilen, im Bad gab es keinen Schlüssel, man kann von der Küche in die Dusche schauen… die Herdplatte war kaputt Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet.. Nachts haben dauernd andere Leute geklingelt.

Prima, maar.....

De locatie is perfect!

We wisten niet dat er veel trappen waren wel handig om te melden, ben slecht ter been. Appartement voor 10 personen en een mini koffieapparaat voor nog geen 2 kopjes koffie. Staan andere foto's van op de site. Het is een enorm appartement en hoog maar steenkoud. Het was 8 graden toen we binnen kwamen. Kachel heel hoog gezet en de 2e dag werd het een beetje op tempratuur. Met dekens op de bank gezeten. Ook vreemd dat je een slaapkamer hebt met drie 2 persoonsbedden en een 1 persoons erin. En 2 doorlopende kamers met twee 2 persoonsbedden. Je moet wel van samen slapen houden met je vrienden..... Het is wel een toplocatie in de stad !!!

Meias e papel higiénico sujo debaixo das camas, cabelos e tabaco no meio das toalhas para o banho e sem água quente para tomar banho nem aquecimento. Pingava amarelo do tecto e desde a cozinha tinha vista direta ao wc.

- De kookplaat was beschadigd en functioneerde niet (snel overhit), was wel elektrisch kookplaatje - douchekop in de badkamer hing scheef en kon je niet onder staan. Een van de wastafels liep ook niet door - spoelbak in de keuken zat verstopt en te weinig keuken gereedschap o.a. bestek en geen broodmes. - beschadigde lamp en meubels in appartment - algemeen hygiëne kan beter zeker als je achter/onder kasten: meubelen kijkt. - sleutel ophalen bij op 15-20 min lopen - eettafel geschikt tot 8 personen met 10 of meer improviseren Gelukkig met een vriendengroep en weinig geweest, was locatie prima

Matig verblijf op een goede locatie.

- De foto’s zijn oud. Bijna alle meubels die je ziet de foto’s zijn er niet meer. De meubels die er nu zijn, zijn oud en vallen bijna uit elkaar (de tafel en bedden). - De badkamer kan NIET op slot, hier bevindt zich ook het enige toilet. Als je in de keuken staat, kan je via een raam de badkamer in kijken. Dit raam kon je ook niet afdekken met een gordijn. - De douchekop die je ziet in de foto hangt los en kan je niet onder staan. - Over het algemeen wel schoon, maar onder de bedden mag schoongemaakt worden. - Kookplaat is kapot. - Erg gehorig gebouw. Voor een weekend met vrienden was het prima, want we waren er weinig. Locatie is goed.

Weekend Antwerpen om de kerstmarkt te kunnen bezoeken

De ruimte. Zeer ruim appartement.

Helaas was het appartement niet heel schoon. Een tas in het appartement vergeten en er is weinig moeite gedaan om onze tas terug te halen. De schoonmaakster moet er met de tas vandoor zijn gegaan. Wij hebben de tas waar oa dure parfum in zat ook niet meer teruggekregen.

Fijne plek en fijne locatie.

De locatie was super fijn. Het was een rustige buurt maar in tien minuten stond je al in het centrum. Supermarkt en leuke barretjes om de hoek. Het was schoon.
