Huge apartment. Good showers. Comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful

Disappointing

Firstly, we have to pick up the key from the other place not in the hotel which is far from the hotel we stay. the rest is smell and the room is not clean. The bed is dirty and uncomfortable.

Someone broke into the apartment

The location is great.

Picking up the keys is quite far. There's two different apartments but they don't really say that in the description. The person at the key pick up gave me the wrong key or something because he said that: "You must have went to the wrong apartment". SO ARE THE KEYS ABLE TO OPEN BOTH DOORS??? Anyways when I got to the main door I was not able to open it by myself and I had to call someone to open it for me EVERY SINGLE TIME I wanted to get into the building. So this means I couldn't stay at the city centre late at night because their office closes at 20:30 and I had to get into the apartment somehow. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets felt nasty. The airconditioning didn't work AT ALL so I was freezing every night even though I slept with a hoodie and thick joggers. Also, this is the worst part. On my last night, when I came back to the apartment, I noticed something odd. SOMEONE HAD BEEN IN THE APARTMENT WHEN I WAS GONE!!!!! I left the cleaning closet's door closed when I left, all the lights on, the bigger bathroom's door open and the chairs untouched. When I came back in the evening, I noticed that someone had opened the cleaning closet's door, moved the chairs, closed the bigger bathroom's door and switched off some of the kitchen lights. I was so traumatized by that and I had to book myself another apartment for the last night in Antwerp. Even if it was a repair guy they should have told me beforehand. And when I tried to reach out to the owner, I never got an answer of what had happened.

Nothing to like on this property, what I liked more was to leave this filth behind.

BY FAR THE WORST LOCATION TO STAY IN ANTWERP (and probably the whole Belgium). I cannot express enough how utterly disappointing and frustrating my stay at this Antwerp location was. In fact, it may have been the worst lodging experience I have ever had. My frustration began as soon as I arrived, when I found out that the keys had to be collected from a location 800 meters away from the apartment. I had not been informed of this prior to booking, and to make matters worse, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes because the same location managed several properties. However, that was just the beginning of the problems. As soon as I entered the apartment, I discovered that overwhelming state the property was. It was as if the place had not been cleaned in years, aside from some occasional surface wiping. The pictures I have attached speak for themselves. I immediately contacted the property manager, who asked for pictures, but then didn't bother to get back to me. When I proposed that they provide clean bed sheets and pillow covers, they dismissed my request and left me to purchase them myself. They even refused to refund my money so I would book a hotel instead. After much back and forth, they eventually sent someone to "clean a bit." However, the cleaner blamed the poor condition of the apartment on a one-off cleaning mishap, when it was clear that the property had been neglected for years. The showers were unusable, and the kitchen was in such a state that we didn't feel comfortable using anything. The property manager tried to place the blame on the cleaning personnel, but refused to acknowledge their own responsibility for the apartment's neglect. To add insult to injury, the cleaner suggested that it was the guest responsibility to inform the managers of the filthy condition of the apartment, as if it's not their job to regularly inspect the cleanliness of a property they manage.

The Apartment was in the Center of the City Antwerpen. Downstairs where Restaurants and Cafés. The River was not far by Walk

Because it was located in the centre, the Crowd of young people staying Till Night, and Windows are not thick, the Noise over Night was loud. Wifi was Good and fast. Tv is missing.

Good place

Location is obviously amazing, great views and very easy to walk everywhere since its close by Grote Markt and literally on Groenplaats. When we arrived we were received very nicely, staff was very friendly and bubbly. Also, the place was tidy and clean, so thats always good.

Some of the features of the appartement were falling apart. We had some trouble with a door handle. Also there were no locks on the doors, but we dealt with it and made some rules as per when someone could come in or not. Furthermore, we found there to be a lack of towels and cooking utensils. However, when we left and mentioned this to the staff they told us that a group of youngsters had thrashed the appartement and stole the some cutlery and some pans, which even though it isn’t our problem makes it understandable.

Het is over het algemeen een mooi Airbnb jammer van de hygiëne..

Het is groot genoeg en precies zoals op de foto’s.

Het is niet zo hygiënisch. Airco is lekt in de kamer. De wc ruikt naar riool. Mensen hebben vliegen op de muur gedood maar er zijn bloedvlekken..

L'emplacement est top. En plein centre ville du vieux Anvers. Sortie de Métro juste en bas.

La propreté!!! Un appartement vétuste, où l'on sent bien qu'il ya du vécu et du passage... les peintures sont toutes marquées, les canapés complètement hs. Pas de TV, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas. Mais le pire du pire, les salle d'eau!!! Des joints noircies, des marques de partout... un siphon dégueulasse, pas de serviette de bain!!!! 1 seul serviette pour un appartement avec 4 couchages!!!
