About this apartment rental
A little slice of heaven, this 4th floor Balcony suite will have you wanting for nothing more. A perfect location on the 4th floor, this condo is close to the pool and beach access and enjoys a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. There is a small table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a beach front meal. There is a new queen murphy bed in the living room where you can enjoy the ocean breeze of the ceiling fan, the ocean view or the 42" flat screen TV. Tile throughout this condo makes for easy cleaning. An adorable glass top table is perfect for meals. The full kitchen includes a new glass top 4 burner stove and oven, dishwasher and large stainless steel refrigerator. The bathroom is lovely with a jet tub and natural wood trim. The private bedroom has the comfortable King sized Beautyrest Pillowtop bed, a ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV. Horizontal blinds in the bedroom window allow in natural light without sacrificing privacy. The mirrored closet finishes this room with a touch of class. This condo is certainly a favorite among many guests. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were totally appropriate. We had a very nice week at the beach. Our condo could use some updating as far as furnishings and things of that nature but other than that, everything was awesome. Highly recommend!

it was a nice condo. Parking was an issue. Having to park on the lower level and walk up a ramp was not easy for me. The upper level was mostly handicap but the majority parked in those spaces did not have handicap stockers, That should be in forced. I would prefer a full size coffee pot instead of the 2 cup size.
