This apartment is in a prime location to everything. Situated 100m from the Pallazo Pitta and Boboli Gardens, a must to go see. The apartment is beautifully done with a small private courtyard. It’s extremely cool inside all of the time even though it was 36 degrees outside. It is also situated next to a love square with bars and restaurants and they have local markets there everyday. Close by is the world famous Ponte Vecchio bridge and everything you need within 20mins walking. Ludovica who owns the property is lovely and when you arrive she does a FaceTime call to introduce herself and tell you about the area. You can speak to her any time of your stay if you need anything. This is a gem of a place in the best location and it is really quiet. Would hugely recommend to anyone for their first time in Florence. For great Italian food and amazing service and not expensive check out La Madian. 2 courses with wine was around 55 and the food was amazing. Went back 3 times!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a centuries old building. Very homey, comfortable and clean with everything you need for a great stay. I would highly, highly recommend for travelers looking to stay on a quiet street with easy access to all that Florence offers. About a block from Santo Spirito with lovely restaurants, bakeries and gelato. The host is amazing! I hope to return!
