It felt cozy, with alot of light entering the apartment. Alberto was very helpful with all the questions and having Ms Angelina help with taking care of the apartment during the long stay was perfect. Location was perfect, close to Pitti Palace, restaurants amd easy to get to the other side where most tourist attractions are. A/C in the apt great and fan in the room, too. Would definitely stay again!
No complaints. It is good to know that the stairs up to the apt can be of challenge for more elderly people, as it’s steep, but this is not a complaint about the property, just a heads up to access is. Property itself was amazing.

Great location in Florence, near lots of restaurants and attractions. Apartment was really spacious and clean plus the air conditioner was a bonus in the Florence heat wave.
Stairs were difficult but expected based on previous comments. Would have liked laundry detergent provided with the washing machine.

The big postive thing about this apartment is the great location. It's close to the Piazza Santo Spirito area where there are many bars and restaurants. The area has a nice, authentic feel to it. The apartment was very clean and quite well-appointed.
The STAIRS!!! The stone staircase is narrow and very steep. Going up requires stamina, coming back down requires courage! With luggage it's a real pain. The management company claim that this is mentioned in the description. It's mentioned in passing, but they do not emphasise the fact that this apartment is unsuitable for anyone with even mild mobility issues.
Apart from that we had one or two other issues but nothing of any real importance.
