The big postive thing about this apartment is the great location. It's close to the Piazza Santo Spirito area where there are many bars and restaurants. The area has a nice, authentic feel to it. The apartment was very clean and quite well-appointed.
The STAIRS!!! The stone staircase is narrow and very steep. Going up requires stamina, coming back down requires courage! With luggage it's a real pain. The management company claim that this is mentioned in the description. It's mentioned in passing, but they do not emphasise the fact that this apartment is unsuitable for anyone with even mild mobility issues. Apart from that we had one or two other issues but nothing of any real importance.
