Tiene unas instalaciones bastante nuevas y decoradas, con buen gusto, destacó los dos baños y los tres aparatos de aire acondicionado en distintas habitaciones, nos atendieron en español, sabiendo que no entendíamos el idioma y estuvieron pendientes. Las camas eran cómodas.
Poca potencia eléctrica contratada. Saltaba el automático y teníamos que bajar tres pisos. El ascensor era un poco incómodo aunque comprensible, porque el edificio es muy antiguo.

El apartamento está limpisimo. Está en una calle tranquila y barrio con buen ambiente muy cerca de zonas turísticas. Hay plancha y lavadora. Cosas a valorar. Dejan jabón y champú. La comunicación es muy fluida, resolutiva y amable.

Sehr gute Anbietung zur Innenstadt, Zwei gute Badezimmer und Waschmaschine. Aufzug für in die oberen Stockwerke war sehr gut. Die Größe der Wohnung war für 3 Personen sehr gut.
Internet bzw. W-Lan war gar nicht vorhanden. Es wurde auch nicht bei Nachfragen darauf reagiert. Zu wenig Küchenutensilien. Bettdecken und auch die Matratzen müssten gereinigt werden. Fenster gingen nur in einen Schacht über und nachts sehr laut. Die Schlafcouch befindet sich als ausklappbarer Sessel ist am Boden. Zu wenig Kommunikation, man wird alleine gelassen.
