Douche froide après quelques utilisations (dommage car il a fait froid pendant notre séjour à Florence) Personnel un peu trop insistant par message pour le Check in et le Check out Ça sent la cigarette dans le couloir

La ubicación es excepcional, a dos minutos del Ponte Vechio, justo al otro lado del puente que te lleva a la calle donde están todas las tiendas de lujo. Tiene ventilador de techo en la habitación y las camas están bien.
Parece que no le han hecho mantenimiento desde que lo pusieron en marcha. Los zócalos están hechos polvo, la zona de la cocina muy estropeada, las puertas blancas son negras de lo sucias que están g las paredes están todas rozadas. Hay sitios donde nunca han quitado el polvo.
