Douche froide après quelques utilisations (dommage car il a fait froid pendant notre séjour à Florence) Personnel un peu trop insistant par message pour le Check in et le Check out Ça sent la cigarette dans le couloir

The flat was charming and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the tile shower was a nice touch. The location was great in a spot that was out of the crazy crowded tourist area and in a neighborhood with great restaurants and piazzas.
The flat needs some maintenance, touch up paint here and there. The kitchen counter needs to be fixed or updated. And the floor needs a good, deep clean.
