Beds were comfortable and the apartment was bigger than we expected The localization is perfect!

The person who welcomed us was impatient and didn’t explain anything because she seemed to be in a hurry to check in other guests. The shower wasn’t heating properly, and instead of trying to help us, the staff simply gave us the phone number of a technical assistance, who only fixed the problem the following day. The apartment itself was comfortable, but I missed some basic kitchen utensils that would have made the stay more convenient

ロケーションが良かったです 部屋が広く、洗面所シャワー室トイレが二箇所あり、ゆったりと過ごせました。

最初、部屋を開ける際なかなか開かず戸惑いました。何回か開け閉めするうちにコツをつかみました。

Spacious

We had a very difficult time with the old door. Every time we wanted to open the door from inside and outside, it was vey stressful.. The shower was cold water and toilets had yellow spots and needed to sanitize by ourselves. Unfortunately the owner was not so helpful with calling a taxi so we had to stroll our suitcases on the rocky road to the main station.
