Vermieterin freundlich und die Lage sehr gut.
Die Wohnung ist groß aber sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen und unserer Meinung nach Renovierungsbedürftig (Bad und Küche).Auch die Außenanlage könnte gepflegter und aufgeräumter sein.
