Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und die bequemen Betten.
Das es nebenan eine Ferienwohnung gab. Man hat zwar ein Haus für sich gehabt aber trotzdem auf der Terrasse keine Privatsphäre. Abends konnte man daher auch nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen, da der Zigarrenqualm reingezogen ist.

Alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Toller Saunabereich. Schöne Terrasse.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Verwalterpaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die wesentlichen Dinge wie Bäcker und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Lage in Wurfweite zum Königssee. Jede wichtige Infrastruktur mit Rolllator erreichbar - Einkaufen, Apotheke, Bus, Ärzte, Bäcker, Touristinfo, Restaurants. Haus liegt ruhig, aber zentral mit riesiger Terrasse und Gasgrill. Jeder Komfort vorhanden. Top ausgestattete Küche, Spielzeug, Kicker, Waschmaschine, Trockner, sogar Kinderbesteck. Alles extrem sauber.
