Amazing stay, highly recommended!
The location is excellent with beautiful views, and all major tourist attractions are just a 5-minute drive away. The host was extremely kind and welcoming — he personally greeted us and showed us around the property. Check-out was quick and easy. There is an underground garage for the car, which was very convenient. We were also provided with tourist cards that offered discounts on entrance tickets to many attractions as well as free public transportation in the area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, all of premium quality. The apartment was very clean and had a pleasant, fresh smell, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent stay with scenic view of mountains
Beautiful scenic apartment with all facilities, highly impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Tiefgarage is available too. Owner’s & caretaker were easily reachable. Will definitely book this place again.

Locatie is top. Vlakbij de dorpjes en middenin de natuur .
Er is maar èèn badkamer en toilet, dat is erg weinig voor 3slaapkamers . De douche was geen dweil en badmat aanwezig. De dekbedden zijn erg klein voor de bedden. De lift was niet in werking. De grote dakramen in de slaapkamers zit geen verduistering voor , dat vind ik erg storend

Uitzonderlijk mooi appartement, uitzicht en locatie. Handleiding noodzakelijk vooral bij uitchecken.
Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de bergen is werkelijk fantastisch. Zelden heb ik zo'n mooi uitzicht vanuit een accomodatie op de bergen gehad. We hadden het bovenste appartement. Het is nieuw, modern comfortabel met veel hout, smaakvol ingericht. Vanuit de parkeergarage kom je zo op de tweede met de lift. Wat uitzicht, kwaliteit en locatie betreft verdient deze accomodatie een 10!
Er is geen raamverduistering in 2 slaapkamers. In de douche loopt het water te gemakkelijk over de vloer van de badkamer. Er ontbreekt een instructie map met essentiele informatie over het appartement en de apparatuur daarin. Het grootste punt van kritiek betreft echter de uitcheck procedure. Toen we vertrokken dacht ik dat de betaling vanuit mijn creditcard zou worden gedaan en bijna waren we zo weggegaan. Toen ik de hausmeister belde waar we het afval moesten zetten, zei hij ook dat we door zijn collega zouden worden gebeld. Die collega vertelde dat we moesten betalen in Bischofswiesen, een dorp verderop. Verder werden we erop gewezen dat we een QR code hadden moeten inlezen om ook eerst in te checken. Was voor ons eerst niet duidelijk. De locatie in Bischofswiesen was ook niet makkelijk te vinden. Kortom een zeer omslachtige, tijdrovende uitcheck. Moet echt veel duidelijker worden. Jammer voor zo'n schitterend appartement en verblijf. De uitcheck procedure heeft voor mij de beoordeling van 10 naar 8 gereduceerd.
