Amazing in Berchtesgaden!

The hosts were very very helpful to us. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed, even a beater and great utensils in the kitchen. The apartment was very comfortable, including the beds, and nice and warm. Woke up every morning to a stunning view of the mountains. A short picturesque walk into Berchtesgaden. I would most definitely return.

Superb!

Andreas was a wonderful host. Good communication prior to visit and he met us on arrival at the train station which was very kind. The apartment was light, airy and spacious with the most amazing views. It was well furnished and the beds were super comfortable! All the facilities were great. Lovely position affording the great views and gave us the enjoyable walk down into Berchtesgaden. Nice walk to Lockstein from the apartment with even bigger views of the surrrounding area. We couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend it!

We had no complaints! It is unusual for somewhere to be so faultless with its advertising. If anything, photographs can't possibly do the views justice.

Internet was slow. If we were unable sit outside to look at the view we would not have been able to watch TV as Netflix kept stopping, Very minor issue

Exceptional

Very warm welcome from host, who explained everything you need to know to make your stay unbelievable. Received welcome gift and guest cards (for Berchtesgaden guests). Amazing view from the property (all rooms), fully equipped kitchen, a lot of space in general. Huge detailed pictures on walls from local area. Nice and quite location, supermarkets are nearby, cafes/restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking. Note: we've located in the east property, Wi-Fi was good on the first floor, but sometimes didn't work well on the terrace, near table on the second floor. P.S. Property photos taken at checkout.

Sehr zu empfehlen, auch mit zwei grösseren Kindern.

Außergewöhnlich tolle Panorama-Lage mit großartigem Watzmann-Blick, zudem fussläufig zum Ort. Sehr ruhig, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Großartige Wohnung mit angenehmen Komfort und guter Ausstattung. Großzügige überdachte Balkonterrasse.

Gefallen hat wirklich alles. Lediglich das W-LAN-Signal im Wohnbereich könnte stärker sein, aber das ist Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau.

ein Appartement, das keine Wünsche übrig ließ: groß, modern, mit viel Licht, hochwertige Ausstattung - und unübertroffen - die Aussicht auf die Berge Parkplatz direkt am Haus direkt am Haus konnte man starten zu Spaziergängen oder einem Abstieg in die Stadt, wenn man das Auto stehen lassen wollte

zum Teil ist es etwas hellhörig, wir haben häufig Musik aus dem Nachbarappartement gehört - v.a. am Abend, das hat ein wenig gestört.

"Schöner Wohnen" im "Obergeschoss" von Berchtesgaden 😏

Eine wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im "Obergeschoss" von Berchtesgaden. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin bei der Übergabe der Wohnung. Was Komfort und Ausstattung betrifft durchdacht und hochwertig, eine der besten FeWo die wir je gemietet haben, top! Am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen mit wunderschönem Blick auf Watzmann, Jenner und Co. aus dem Wohnzimmer oder vom Balkon. Vor der Haustüre beginnt der Soleleitungsweg, der einen in ca. 10 Minuten in das Herz von Berchtesgaden führt, beim Rückweg muss man aber bedenken, das man wieder ins "Obergeschoss" muss. Vielen Dank Fam. Leidinger, wir kommen gerne wieder.
