Great experience of Bavarian Alps

The apartment has a great location, just a few minute walk to the center, though it's very quiet and with a view on the mount Waltzman, churches and other nice historical buildings around. Very comfortable, two fireplaces, which made our stay special. The level of equipment was extraordinary, our hosts prepared everything from paper towels, tea, coffee, oil, spices, soda machine, lots of wood for the fireplaces to lemonade and beer already cooled for us in the fridge! Warm welcome and very good tips for trips from our host.

Magical cosy home in the heart of historic town with mountain and church views from every window.

Spacious, cosy, beautifully decorated home with everything you could need. The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful even thinking to have a fresh fully decorated Christmas tree for us and beer in the fridge. The location was amazing, short walking distance to bakery, supermarket and Christmas markets, walkways with views.

We stayed here with three colleagues for a work trip. The check-in and communication was very easy and we also got some good tips of what to do in the neighbourhood. The place itself was perfect, well equipped and very clean. We will book this place again for further trips.

Erholsamer Urlaub im schönen Berchtesgaden

Super lieber Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war einfach toll.Liebevoll und modern eingerichtet.Es wurde an alles gedacht. Super für zwei Paare.Es gab zwei Badezimmer mit zwei Toiletten. Das ist perfekt.Ein Haus mit Charme.Zwei Kamine zum Wohlfühlen.Es wurde auf alle Bedürfnisse eingegangen und hochwertig eingerichtet. Einfach perfekt.Direkt im Ortszentrum aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.Mit eigenem Parkplatz. Wir liebten den Balkon mit Überdachung. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Wir würden immer wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit aber wie gesagt in der Wohnung müsste einiges gemacht werden!

Sehr netter Gastgeber, die wirklich sehr gute Lage der Ferienwohnung

Die zwei steilen Treppen eine um in der Wohnung zu gelangen und die zweite steile Treppe hoch zu den Schlafräumen und dem zweiten Badezimmer ,das man in den Schlafzimmern die sich ja unterm Dach befinden die Fenster nur auf Kipp machen kann das war uns persönlich zu wenig frische Luft . Abends ist es echt frisch geworden und da konnten wir noch keine Heizung anstellen, hat jedenfalls nicht funktioniert. Dann muss man ehrlich sagen das die Bilder im Internet echt alles sehr groß wirken lassen was aber in Wahrheit echt anders war ! Das was mich wirklich traurig gemacht hat ist dass die ganze Wohnung doch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und man einiges neu machen muss. Angegeben wird die Wohnung ja mit mindestens zwei Balkons aber wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und es gab für uns leider nur die Möglichkeit auf den einen über den öffentlichen Parkplatz zu sitzen und da war die Bestuhlung eine Katastrophe wie aus dem ältesten Biergarten 😬🤦‍♀️das war wirklich sehr schade. Das parken für den eigenen Pkw war eine Katastrophe die zwei Parkplätze waren viel zu klein.

„Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Berchtesgaden war einfach wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist äußerst geräumig, super sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass alles durchdacht wurde, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die zentrale Lage mitten in Berchtesgaden ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht und sehr viel gesehen. Hatten auch sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter. :-) Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Ubytování odpovídá tomu, co je vidět na fotografiích. Vše vzorně čisté, neopotřebované. Majitel je velmi vstřícný, ochotný a se vším poradí. Náš pobyt byl v zimě a lokalita splňovala veškeré představy, jak trávit čas. Skvělé lyžování, pěší turistika. Výlety jak do přirody, tak i do měst. Berchtesgaden je krásné, architektonicky zajímavé město. Zároveň je dostatečně malé, aby bylo všude blízko. Ubytování vřele doporučujeme.
