The room was nice and clean. The building was located close to restaurants and bakery which was very convenient to walk.
The bathroom window was situated with a direct view from the walking path above to the shower and toilette. It was very uncomfortable to use at night. Not sure why the glass was not frosted but I suggest they take care of it. The hallway lights were out on our level so it was quite dark in the evening.

We stayed at this vacation apartment in Berchtesgaden for 2 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and we also loved the beautiful view from the balcony. The location was excellent — within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The apartment even had a sauna, which was a nice bonus, although we did not end up using it during our stay.
One downside was the parking situation. Parking spaces at the back of the building were quite limited and tight, and we had to walk all the way around the building with our luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. It would also be a nice touch if basic amenities such as tissues and complimentary coffee or tea were provided, especially considering the apartment is not cheap.
