Der Balkon, die Ausstattung, der sehr gute renovierte alte Flair.

Balcony was nice, windows were beautiful, nice showers and perfect kitchen, updated, strikingly beautiful hallways and ceiling, felt very safe

1) The view from the balcony was of an alley & preschool playground 2) overly hot for the first 45 minutes when you arrive because there’s a weird key that when you leave turns off all the AC. 3) spent ((not kidding)) 3 hours of the train ride there trying to work out a glitch (texting employee’s back and forth) where I had rented both rooms in my name via booking.com but per Austria’s super strict regulations they needed to rebook the rooms in two different names & to include each of my 5 family members’ names including all the minor children and their passports. I then paid extra even though when I filled out the new online form it showed grayed out how we had booked 3, won’t bore you with the details but essentially I ended up paying $200 extra euros to add two minor guests when it looked like on the original booking they’d been there all along. 4) there was a day when the ACs just could not cool the rooms down and the staff wasn’t responsive other than to say we needed to make sure the remote was on the cool setting. 5) washer/dryer is across the busy street at another location

Location was great

We heard full conversations from the above apartman. No sleep at all…
