I would recommend das.Arnolds. It exceeded my expectations and the owner was very friendly and helpful

We were a family of 6 adults and stayed in apartment no. 4. The apartment was very nice and had enough space for everyone. The house is in a wooded area with a nice view. The location was very convenient and close to town. From there, we visited Salzburg, Austria for the day, which was an easy trip.

Comfortable stay with friendly hosts & easy access to sights

Self catering accommodation. Host very kind & helpful. Left birthday card, Prosecco & biscuits for arrival. Location excellent. Short drive into Berchtesgaden or Eagles Nest which were main purpose of visit. Good to have option to use hot tub or pool. Family atmosphere. Nice outdoor seating area.

From advert thought room would be much bigger & have separate kitchen area. Only after booking was advised 30 Euro fee for cleaning to be paid. Would have preferred microwave rather than air fryer in room. Saying that, it was adequate for only 2 night stay.

Beautiful location in Bavaria

This was a great location with beautiful views from every window. It was close to town (although not a road you could walk on to get into town). The instructions about parking were clear and accurate. The outdoor spa was a real treat. The kitchen was very user friendly and well resourced, including a dishwasher, although, a microwave would have been helpful.

While the hosts advised us they would not be on-site, it meant there was no one to answer some questions we had. No response to a phone call, nor an email, when we arrived, trying to source the confirmed cot for the infant. The WiFi did not work. The lack of WiFi was frustrating. We also had no instructions about how to access a washing machine. There's no sign by the road to indicate the place. The driveway is very tight to enter when approaching from Berchtesgaden. No additional towels were provided for the spa.

Piece of heaven

Das.Arnolds is very well equipped with whatever you required for a relaxed stay, comfortable beds, amazing views, beautiful garden with a very nice jacuzzi, pool and barbecue, of course we didn't have the chance to grill there, but it was an available option. And the most important one is that the host is welcoming, absolutely hospitable and helpful and provided all we needed always with a smile and energetic. Beautiful large apartment but need a better check-in process.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment.

There was a lot of confusion on checkin. Did not receive requested check-in info. Arrived and found keys in a door and no one around. Tried calling and because of language barrier the person on the other end hung up on me. We entered the apartment with the key anyway and fortunately it was the right one. A lady showed up to tell us someone would come by to talk to us about our stay. No one came except we received messages only to tell us how to pay. Not happy about this but managed. In addition, we were surprised at the expensive 89 euro pet fee for our two night stay. This is definitely the most we have ever been charged for our small dog.

Rundum perfekt

Grossartige Gastgeber. So freundich, nahbar, flexibel und grosszuegig. Eher freundschaftlich als geschaeftlich. Man moechte gar nicht abfahren und auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Natuerlich ist die Lage 1A auf dem Obersalzberg mit Blick auf das Watzman Massiv und Berchtesgaden. Morgenkaffee und sundowner Drink auf dem Balkon, der ums ganze Haus fuehrt. Wanderwege beginnen schon auf dem Grundstueck. Sehr freundliche und informative Willkommensmappe. Riesengrosses Bad. Sehr bequeme Betten und ein Wohlfuehlsofa im offenen Wohnzimmer ... Menschen, Wohnung und Umgebung zum Seele baumeln lassen;)

Sehr empfehlenswert für motorisierte Urlauber

Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 6 im 1. Stock mit einem wunderbaren Kachelofen und einem phantastischen Raumgefühl. Leider waren wir nur 2 Tage da, wir hätten es gerne noch länger genossen. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants in Berchtesgaden sind in wenigen Fahrminuten (2-5) erreichbar. (Die kurvige und steile Fahrstraße sollte man eher nicht zu Fuß nutzen)

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind uns aufgefallen. Es fehlte eine Garderobe und es gab zu wenig Licht um in der Dunkelheit die Wohnung ohne vorsichtiges Tasten zu verlassen (Schalter nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht gefunden). Lichtschalter am Fuß der Treppe war dagegen vorhanden.

Sehr moderne Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, super Ausblick und Lage. Außergewöhnlich toll dass wir auch einen Pool, Wirlpool und Grill zur Verfügung hatten.

Das kleine Apartment ist eine preiswerte u. saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage f. Exkursionen um BGD

Die Lage nur wenige Fahrminuten von den Touristischen Zielen und dem Ort Berchtesgaden was sehr gut; Der Garten mit Terrasse vor der Wohnung war sehr angenehm; W-Lan war einfach und stabil. Die Unterkunft war sauber, und weil ebenerdig von der Terrasse aus zu betreten auch gut für das Selbstversorgergepäck.

Super schöner Kurzulaub! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Schöne Lage, mit Blick auf Berchdesgaden. Top modern eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht. Pool und Whirlpool hat man selten bei einer Ferienwohnung optimal für Kinder. Ein extra Raum mit Kühlschrank (Getränke für Gäste) und Waschmaschine für alle.

Als Familie mit Hund top Unterkunft

Alleinlage, direkter Zugang zum Waldweg (perfekt mit Hund), Pool und Whirlpool, Wohnung war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, Balkon

die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem und hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht, die Hofeinfahrt ist knifflig und man muss beim Rein- und Rausfahren sehr aufpassen, da die Einfahrt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt

Ich würde sofort wieder Buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Hier kann man nicht nur schnell viele Wanderwege erreichen, sondern auch abends im Whirlpool die Seele baumeln lassen! Das Zimmer war TOP! Bequeme Betten. Es ist alles da was man braucht um sich schnell wohl zu fühlen. Danke an die lieben Gastgeber für die tolle Unterkunft!! :)

A környék gyönyörű, a szállás minden látnivalóhoz közel van, mégis csendes, nyugodt.

Sehr freundlicher Besitzer und sehr schöne und saubere Räumlichkeiten. Auch dazu wurde auch Wirpool und Schwimmbad angeboten. Auch ist eine sehr schöne Lage, fast in Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne noch mal.
