Very good

Very clean, easily slept 5 people, parking on street was easy. Bakery next door was great, supermarket and drug store around the corner. Close to eagles nest and lake Konigsee. Walk into town wasn't far but it's up hill so easier to drive into town. Nice nespresso machine.

A little warm, it could use an extra fan for back bedroom as well as the one we kept in the living area. Otherwise great place.

Quality of the apartment on the website photos looked good, but was a disappointment in real life!

The location was close to Konigsee.

The view from the patio was not of the river, as stated in the description, but of the supermarket grocery store. The parking garage "elevator and turntable" was awkward, time-consuming, and noisy. Our sleep was disturbed when it was used by other residents, during the night time and early morning hours. The hallways in the building smelled of garbage. We were only supplied with two bath towels and a couple of mismatched hand towels for a three day stay. The pillows felt old and uncomfortable.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage, empfehlenswert

Super Lage, zentral in der Nähe des Hautpbahnhofs (ist aber kaum zu hören). Man kann wunderbar auf dem gut ausgebauten Achenweg entlang der Ache zum Königsee wandern oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Die kleine, gemütliche Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zum zur Wohnung gehörenden TG Stellplatz geht es per PKW-Lift. Alles war prima, vielen Dank an die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Absolutně skvělé

Komunikace s majitelem probíhala skrze booking zprávy. Majitel byl velmi milý a ochotný poradit. Umožnil nám pozdější check-in a dal nám všechny důležité informace ohledně schránky na klíče, parkování a drobných tipů v okolí. Byly jsme skupinka tři děvčat, byt je neskutečně prostorný, čistý a nechybí v něm ani vybavení k vaření, velká funkční lednice, a indukční deska včetně nádobí. Apartmán se nachází pod úrovní silnice (-1), ale zároveň má terasu a krásný výhled na okolní hory. Je hezky prosvětlený díky velkým oknům s možností zatažení venkovních žaluzií. Budova, ve které se byt nachází je moderní, ale do architektury města krásně zapadá. Jako bonus je v budově i skvělé pekařství, které má otevřeno každý den od 7:00. Perfektní, doporučujeme.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich nebenan, sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Es könnten mehr Informationen ausliegen z.B. Kurtaxe, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Gästekarte. Stellplatz in Tiefgarage wurde erst auf Nachfrage angeboten, ansonsten ist das Parken nur am Seitenstreifen möglich, wo man auch nur 2 Stunden stehen darf.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön und sauber. Modernes und schönes Bad mit schöner Terrasse. Über der Wohnung tolle Bäckerei. Schlüsselübergabe total problemlos mit Schlüsseltresor.

Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Viel Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie! Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei große Fernseher. Ein sehr großes und modernes Badezimmer, Angenehme Betten.

Man kann draußen an der Straßenseite parken, allerdings ist das Parken laut Straßenschilder von 10-18 Uhr nur für 2 Stunden limitiert.
