Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten in Berchtesgaden (und für uns damit mitten im Berchtesgadener Advent). Wir haben für zahlreiche Winterwanderungen nur einmal unser Auto genutzt, ansonsten stand es in der nahegelegenen Conti- Parkgarage. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt. Jede Menge Restaurants in der Nähe. Einige sehr nette Geschäfte zum Shoppen. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Unterkunft sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Toll ausgestattete Küche, gemütlich, hochwertige Möbel.
Nach der langen Anfahrt und Suche im Dunkeln wäre es schön gewesen, wenn ich den Schlüsselcode schon gehabt hätte. So bin ich eine Weile mit den Kindern und Gepäck vor der Tür gestanden, was die Stimmung der Kinder etwas strapaziert hat. Hat sich dann aber kurz darauf in Wohlgefallen aufgelöst.

Location was very central and flat has everything one need.
Communication with host was very low.
She is totally unresponsive.
The host has no phone you can contact her directly., just through Booking.com chat.
Host responded very late or just ignore our messages when we try to clear some small but useful things.
We had no dishwasher tabs and no extra trash bags.
Would have been nice to get some response from the host , but she totally ignore our messages.
It was good that no a serious thing happened.
