Wonderful location, comfy, quiet, private apartment; convenient kitchenette, and great views off the balcony.

Wonderful location in the heart of the historic Nontal neighborhood, and next door to a great pub, a bike shop and beautiful views right outside the balcony! Also right outside the door there is a wonderful little climb/hike up to a chapel that we took as a sort of meditation walk every morning. From the top you can hear the church bells cow bells and look out at amazing views of the town and mountains.

Great area for walking and scenery. Apartment was a comfortable and convenient base from which to explore the area

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Liked balcony for sitting out to have our meal.

Very minor. We didn’t bring any washing up liquid since travelling by train to several parts of Germany over 2 weeks. Would have been nice to have had some there.

Es ist eine super schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Berchtesgaden. Sie ist größtenteils sauber und total gemütlich eingerichtet.

Leider hat es im Bad ziemlich stark nach Abfluss gerochen

Es waren 3 schöne Tage in Berchtesgaden.

Die Unterkunft war groß, gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage war super und das Highlight war der Lockstein Aussichtspunkt, dessen Weg direkt hinter der Wohnung beginnt.

Die Parksituation ist nicht sehr gut und bei dem Preis könnte man schon erwarten, dass es einen Stellplatz gibt. Es gibt ein gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz gegenüber. Die Plätze sind jedoch begrenzt und die Höchstparkdauer 3h. Das WLAN Passwort stand nirgends, es wäre super, wenn diese Information bei den anderen Materialien dabei liegt. Außerdem gibt es einige Stufen in der Wohnung, was wahrscheinlich nicht für jeden geeignet ist.

Das Waschbecken im Bad ist zu klein. die Küche verfügt leider nur über zwei Herdplatten und eine Mikrowelle. ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden.

Jeden Tag gemütlicher, wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Sehr kurze Wege egal wohin. Öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung kam uns jeden Tag gemütlicher vor. Der Ausblick ist perfekt. Sehr gute Pizzeria direkt in der Nähe. Große Menschen sollten wissen, dass die Zimmerdecken sehr niedrig sind (unter 1,80 m). Es gibt nur eine Mikrowelle, keinen Herd.

Das Waschbecken im Bad reicht geradeso zum Hände waschen, ist sonst aber komplett unbrauchbar. Die Entlüftung des Abwassersystems scheint nicht richtig zu funktionieren oder es geht aufgrund der Bausubstanz nicht besser, dadurch hat es jeden Tag mal mehr mal weniger nach Abfluss gerochen.
