Utterly Baffled by the "positive" reviews???

Apartment is Spacious.

This apartment is shared with the host's home. Access to the accommodation is via the hosts hallway. This was not declared in the description. The hallway was a cluttered, jumbled mess! Not a pleasant, nor acceptable sight when entering or exiting your holiday stay. On arrival the host instructed us to remove our footwear and leave in his hallway, again, no such information was stated in the house rules. I did not do this due to the following reasons… the floors were filthy, the slippers on offer to wear were smelly, dirty and worn out..they were not going on my feet. And finally, I was not prepared to leave my expensive walking boots out of my sight. On entry into our accommodation everything looked fine, however, within minutes and taking notice of our surroundings, the cleanliness became apparent. Floors were dirty, bedding did not look, feel or smell laundered. No curtains in the kitchen or bathroom (made me feel uncomfortable) the log basket to the fire in the lounge, contain large bits of broken furniture as opposed to actual logs, tiles in bathroom either missing grout, held on by tape or grouted in an unsightly way. Upon arrival, the host met us with an angry and intimidating tone, he could not get hold of me via phone to confirm my arrival time. I had no idea what he was going on about? it turned out (which my son discovered) I had entered the wrong digit in my mobile number.. A totally innocent mistake on my behalf. His rudeness was uncalled for. He gave us a travel card for 3 euros. On our last day, this amount changed to approx 29 euros? He failed to provide the correct info upfront. I am still in the process of sorting this matter out. The exterior of the accommodation was in a "run-down" shocking state. Scrap and rubbish everywhere were piled high Did we approach the host about our concerns? Definitely not. He was rude and made me feel intimidated

Nice, but....

Central location, big apartment fits a family quite well. The view from the balcony is amazing!

No parking uphill, not even possible to drive up to unload the luggage, so dragging all the luggage uphill is quite a challenge if you have a number of bags. The floor is VERY squeaky, very loud. Some towels were not clean, with a bunch of hair in them. The bedding didn't seem super fresh either. You have to water the plants in the apartment every day (🤷🏻) and men are not allowed to use the toilet while standing... You are not allowed to walk in your own shoes and have to wear the slippers the host provides that seem to have never been washed or cleaned.

Disappointing and not a place I would recommend

Location and character of the property

The host made it clear that the balcony of the property was off limits in the evening. This was a point made on the second night (where he seemed to have waited in the doorway for us to return to give us the news), stating this was a ‘house rule’ - which seemed to possibly related to noise. This was new news to us (5 Middle Aged men - not what we would consider party folk, who had played no music etc). This restriction was not in the details and we would have not booked if it was. Given the temperature was over 30 degrees the restriction of the balcony and undisclosed nature off this with the property made our stay less enjoyable and not something I would recommend to others. Additionally whilst the booking was for 5, the sheets etc were only provided initially for 4, which was rectified quickly.

A perfect place to stay within walking distance to everything you need.

The apartment had enough space for our group to have some alone time and also had great facilities to hang out together. The kitchen also had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The train station is just a few minutes away as well.

Very good location, bakery and store within an EASY walk. Amazing host and was VERY accommodating. Was easy to do a river walk and visit the downtown. Two restaurants are easily with a 1-2 minute walk and the apartment is VERY pet friendly.

Onsite parking would make this a 15/10 on my rating, but the host was VERY supportive of helping carry luggage for the family and made the not having parking very acceptable. Definitely not a detractor, and is something that unless you can change the geology of the area it wouldn't be able to change.

Gute Lage.

Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, was sehr unpraktisch ist! Im WC und in der Dusche gibt es keine Lüftung. Im WC riecht es unangenehm. Das ganze Haus ist mit alten Spiegeln und Antiquitäten vollgehängt (vielleicht gefällt das jemandem, aber meine Kinder fanden es unheimlich). Das Haus braucht eine Renovierung und die Außenanlage müsste gereinigt werden.

Sehr schöner Urlaub und super netter Vermieter

Die FeWo hat eine super Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie ist schön groß und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Sicht auf die Berge . Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Der Garten könnte etwas aufgeräumter sein, aber hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Uns war die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung wichtiger. Und die war sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer wäre ein Duschvorhang super und in den Schlafräumen wäre ein Kleiderschrank oder Kommode nicht schlecht. Ist für uns jetzt aber nicht zwingend notwendig gewesen.

Másodszor voltam ott, most családdal, nagyon szerettük a helyet.

A szállás jó helyen, a város közepén található, teljes felszereltségű konyha, kényelmes ágyak, barátságos szállásadó.

Csak lent az utcában lehet parkolni, de az is csak egy perc gyalog, összességében nem probléma, nem rontja a szállás minőségét.

Unkomplizierter Vermieter, extrem praktische Lage sowohl versorgungstechnisch als erlebnistechnisch. Küche gut ausgestattet Schlaf- und Wohnraeume soweit in Ordnung. Teilweise wird noch renoviert, stört aber nicht und macht Lust auf 2. Besuch.

Die Lage zum Bahnhof.

Es roch moderig in allen Räumen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen ebenfalls moderig. Altes Mobiliar. Fernseher keine Übertragung. Selbst der Gastgeber bekam das nicht hin. Sehr viel Gerümpel auf dem Grundstück.
