Located just outside the town in a quiet location, clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Walking is 20 minutes into Berchtesgaden or you can get a bus. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and we were given tourists cards by the owner of the property which gave us discounts on a lot of the main attractions and also free travel this included a train journey to Salzburg. Would recommend a stay in this property

large rooms and there was everything what we needed
the floor warmth or radiator in the bathroom didn’t work. but there is a dry room on the first floor, we didn’t know it from the beggining so our gloves were wet :)

The location was excellent, the place itself again had many steps , overall this was an excellent place to stay.
