This villa is a typical villa of the19th century located in a 5000 ha garden with old trees and plants. You are sitting in the garden and have a splendid view over the Bavarian Alps directly from the door. There is only one holiday home in the villa. The centre of the village Berchtesgaden is 10 min by feet and by car you need 20 min to Salzburg downtown.

Wir sind mit Hund angereist und wurden herzlich empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Ausblick sind hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Beste Grüße

Sind zum 2. Mal hier. Diesmal im Sommer. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, liegt gut. Man kann den Garten genießen und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und hat einen wunderbaren Garten mit Ausblick auf den Watzmann. Die Räume sind sehr grosszügig und stilvoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter direkt nebenan und sehr nett. Ulrike Schlegel
