Gut aber noch mit viel Luft nach oben.
Super schöne ruhige Lage am Ortsrand mit tollem Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt drinnen und konstenlose Parkplaätze vor Ort. Ferienwohnung mit großem Potential wenn man a bissl Geld rein stecken würde.
Sehr staubig unter den Betten und auch sehr mit Dekoration überfrachtet. Weniger Deko, dann hätte das Putzteam mehr Zeit für den Rest. Spülmaschinengriff ist abgerissen und lässt sich somit schwer öffnen. Silberfische im Bad und eine sehr schlechte Beleuchtung im Bad. Ein paar Spinnen in der Wohnung was ich aber aufrund der Lage nicht überbewerten möchte. Schimmel an den Silikondichtungen der Fenster und ein paar schwarze Flecken an der Außenwand neben dem Bett (evtl. auch Schimmel). Das Sofa im Schhlafzimmer sollte man besser nicht benutzen da man hier sofort auf dem Boden sitzt. Rauchmelder war im Schlafzimmer nicht vorhanden.
