We were excited about our stay given the property’s great location close to Königssee and Eagle’s Nest, and the house it

We were excited about our stay given the property’s great location close to Königssee and Eagle’s Nest, and the house itself was quite nice and spacious. It also had great facilities like a pool table and table tennis, which we really enjoyed during our stay.

However, we were quite disappointed by several issues that impacted the overall experience: • The bathroom amenities were not maintained — both the shower gel and hand wash were completely empty. • The shower was leaking, which made it inconvenient to use. • Although the washing machine and dryer were listed as available amenities, access was very limited and required an extra charge. This should have been clearly mentioned in the listing. • Additionally, while the house interior was good, the outdoor areas could be better maintained.

הדירה ענקית, מסודרת ונקייה. מאוד מושקעת מבפנים. 3 חדרי שינה, סלון ענק ומטבח. מיטות סבבה, הדירה מאובזרת עם כל מה שצריך. אמבטיה אחת גדולה עם גזוקי, שלא הצלחנו להעפיל. יש שולחן פינג פונג וסנוקר.

קודם כל מהתמונות עולה רושם שזה בית פרטי ומסתבר שזה דירה בתוך משהו שהוא סוג של בניין קטן שחלקו דירות נופש וחלקו מסעדה. הגענו ב9 בערב עם 2 ילדים קטנים, במהלך היום קיבלנו הנחיות איך למצוא את המפתח ולהיכנס לדירה. לא היה קשר בין ההנחיות למה שיש בפעול, לקח כשעה של התכתבות בווטסאפ מול מישהי שלא ידעה להסביר ובסוף שלחה סרטון שקיבלה ממישהו שאם היו שולחים לפני היה חוסך לנו את כל השעה ואת חדר הבריחה הזה. הכניסה לדירה היא דרך מטבח המסעדה. מה שנראה כחצר מסתבר כגג של הבניין וצופה לתוך חלק מהדירות האחרות.

民宿空間很大，也有桌球和乒乓球設置。

大得用不完，也大得有一丁點不安。

Dusche läuft nicht ab. Terrassenplatten locker (Unfallgefahr) Wirkt ungepflegt Unschöne Ansicht auf Nachbarterrasse Keine Fliegengitter, dadurch schlechte Belüftung in der Nacht . Hausbeschreibung stimmt nicht überein ( Waschmaschine)

Stort sted, billardbord, ok nærhed til Berchtesgaden. Godt hvis man er mange mennesker, ved familie på fire er pengene bedre brugt andet sted

Tilbagetrukket ferielejlighed, en lidt rodet og nusset terrasse med vakkelvorent bordtennisbord. beliggenhed betyder der skal køres til alt. Vi fik tilsendt en forkert kode til nøgleboks. Værten var umiddelbart tilgængelig og kunne rette til korrekt kode, men godt vi ikke kom meget sent

L’agencement et l’emplacement idéal pour visiter la région, à deux pas de Berchtesgaden. Appartement très bien équipé, spacieux, et très joliment décoré.

L’accès extérieur par un escalier de 20 marches, non précisé dans le descriptif. Attention pour les personnes âgées à mobilité réduite.

Tolles Apartment für Familien & Gruppen mit kompletter Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Billardtisch ist ein besonderes Highlight, aber auch der Aufenthaltsraum ist toll für eine Gruppe und ermöglicht tolle Spieleabende und gemeinsame Essen. Alles war sehr sauber, der Check-In unkompliziert und sogar Empfehlungen zu Umgebung, Restaurants und Aktionen waren vorhanden. Die Schlafräume waren gut nutzbar und aufteilbar.

Ein winziger Abzug waren die Bauarbeiten unten im Haus, diese haben im Apartment selber überhaupt nicht gestört sondern lediglich das Gefühl bei der Ankunft ein wenig beeinflusst.

Bodenheizung konnte nicht runtergedreht werden. War viel zu heiß.
