This was our 13th year going to Puerto del Carmen and without doubt the best. Thanks to the Vila it was the icing on the cake. Very clean and comfortable and the pool was amazing. Bed linen was changed once in 10 days but there was a washing machine there so we could do it ourselves no problem. Pool was cleared twice during our stay. Vila has everything for everyone including a welcome pack in fridge when we arrived. We weren’t expecting it but it was greatly welcomed. There is nothing negative to say but maybe a bit of advice on location, it’s about 12-15 minute walk to the strip and that’s nothing at all but it’s very uphill on the way back for some. Having said that it only cost €3.15 for a taxi back. Last but not least thanks to Louise for organising a cab to bring us back to the Airport. An amazing lady doing an amazing job. Thanks
